Next meeting held in village hall on December 12th at 7:30PM.

Christmas Party & Wreath Making

Dalton Village Hall – Sunday 15th December @ 5.00pm.

Wreath Making (1 per family) for adults.

Santa Claus / Crafts / Games & Disco for kids.

Christmas Day – We are open – Food Reservation Essential.

The Spotted Cow at Elwick

Breakfast with Santa at the Spotted Cow, Saturday 11th December and 14th December – back by popular demand. Call in to book your place and pick up a ticket.

New Years Party, Disco and Buffet, ask at Spotted Cow for ticket details.

Quality home-cooked food, Monday 4pm-9pm, Tuesday-Saturday 12pm-9pm. Traditional Sunday Lunch 12pm-4pm.

Christmas Fayre Bookings now being taken, call in to pick up a menu. Bookings advisable between the 2nd and 24th December.

Elwick WI Hall Activities

Womens Institute – 1st Monday of the month 7-9:30pm.

Painting Class – Tuesdays 9:30am-12:30pm.

Young Farmers Club – Tuesdays fortnightly 7:30pm.

Craft morning – Wednesdays 10am-noon.

Whist – Wednesdays 7pm.

Village Projects

Early C19 Manor Farm House, Grade II listed building has been beautifully restored after being empty for 10 years. New residents will be moving in shortly. We welcome the Hanbys back to the village. For more information on listed buildings at Dalton, go to About us -> History.

Council Projects

Great news, Dalton Piercy Parish Council are investing in our village. A number of projects are being considered. These include a children’s play area, renovating the phone box, restoring the water pump and more floral displays.

We welcome your views and other ideas for improvements.

Christmas Spectactular at Elwick Village Green

Saturday 30th November 2pm-4pm

Including: Steam engine rides to Santa, pony carriage rides, market stalls, hot food and festive drinks.
