At the January Village Consultation Meeting the group proposed the replacement of the old planters along the green. The planters have now been renewed with a center piece, spring bedding and bulbs. Thanks to Steve and Amanda Burroughs from Amenity Landscape Services for sourcing materials and supplying their labour free of charge, for DPPC paying for materials and Stranton Nursery for donating the bulbs. Going forward the proposal is to plant up twice a year. Spring bedding at the end of October and Summer bedding at the end of May.
